Questions about pricing

A new hire is any employee record that triggers an onboarding workflow during the billing period. Re-hires and contractors count if they are onboarded through Welcomeloom. Employees who are edited but not newly onboarded do not count toward your monthly total.
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
We will notify you when you approach your limit. Onboarding workflows already in progress continue uninterrupted. You can upgrade to avoid interruption on new hires, or we can discuss an overage rate for occasional busy months.
No setup fee on Starter or Growth plans. Scale plans include a dedicated onboarding call where we help you configure your role templates and HRIS connection. Most teams complete setup in under a day without assistance.
Yes. Annual billing is 15% less than monthly across all plans. You can switch to annual billing at any time from your account settings.
